At Buzzy Pet Shop, we strive to ensure that your pet products arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and more.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 7 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Please know some of these items are hand made items made in the U.S. so shipping time may be longer. (EX: shirts, metal signs, dog toys, cotton dog leash)
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your delivery location.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations unless otherwise stated.
- Some products may have specific shipping restrictions due to weight, size, or legal regulations.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your neighbors, mail carrier, or local post office.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
5. Order Modifications & Address Changes
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.
